• Basic access logs via Cloudflare (IP address, browser type, access time) -- these are standard web server logs managed by our hosting provider
• Cloudflare Web Analytics data (privacy-focused, cookie-free, no personal data tracking)

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics that track individual users.

3. How We Use Information

• To generate personalized divination results (processed entirely in your browser)
• To remember your language preference (stored in localStorage)
• To improve our service through aggregated, anonymized analytics

4. Data Storage & Security

All user-entered data (nickname, date of birth, gender selection) is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. No divination input data is transmitted to AIMIRU's application servers. (Standard access logs such as IP address, browser type, and access time are handled by Cloudflare as described in section 2.2.) Our website is served over HTTPS with security headers including Content-Security-Policy, Strict-Transport-Security, and X-Frame-Options. You can clear all stored data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for aimiru.net.

5. Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare Pages: Hosting and CDN provider. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• jsDelivr CDN: Font delivery. No tracking or cookies.

We do not share any personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data stored in your browser's localStorage for this site
• Deletion: Clear all stored data by clearing your browser's site data
• Portability: Export your localStorage data through your browser's developer tools
• Objection: You can disable JavaScript or use private browsing to prevent any data storage

7. Children's Privacy

AIMIRU does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). Since divination input data (nickname, birthday, gender selection) is stored only in the user's browser localStorage and never transmitted to AIMIRU's application servers, AIMIRU does not collect or store such input data from any user. 8. International Users

AIMIRU is available worldwide. Since we do not store divination input data on AIMIRU's application servers, divination input data is not subject to cross-border transfer by AIMIRU. (Standard access logs handled by Cloudflare are subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy, which describes how Cloudflare's global network processes such logs.) Our hosting is provided by Cloudflare's global CDN network.

9. EU/EEA Users (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area: AIMIRU processes minimal data based on legitimate interest. Basic access logs (IP address, browser type, access time) are handled by Cloudflare as our hosting provider, subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy. No cookies requiring consent are used. No divination input data is stored on AIMIRU's application servers. You may exercise your GDPR rights by contacting us or by clearing your browser data.

10. California Users (CCPA)

For California residents: We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Our GPC support file is available at /.well-known/gpc.json.

11. AI-Generated Content

AIMIRU's divination results are AI-generated. The narrative content was pre-generated by large language models (LLMs) and is statistically matched to your input by algorithms running in your browser. No personal input data (nickname, birthday, gender) is sent to any external AI provider at runtime; the matching happens locally. All results are provided for entertainment only and are not professional advice. The pre-generation pipeline does not use your data; only generic, anonymized prompts were used to produce the underlying content library.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of AIMIRU after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
